Free Teaching Resources for Schools and Colleges in Wiltshire

DHI’s online advice tool for young people – The Wrap – has launched a range of specialist resources that schools, colleges and professionals working with young people can access for FREE in Wiltshire.

The resources include:

1. Easy-to-use, off-the-shelf teaching resources for Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4/5 that meet Government PSHE/RSE guidance
2. Training for teachers and other professionals to support the use of the resources
3. Six professionally made videos with actors from the Natural Theatre Company
4. Discussion-based exercises looking at effects and risk – with a focus on staying safe
5. Engaging and realistic drug and alcohol education for young people

The Wrap is a free online tool that provides straight-talking, confidential advice to people aged 11-18. It offers up-to-date information created in partnership with young people on difficult subjects including drugs and alcohol, relationships and mental health.
