Beyond COVID: DHI service user survey

During the COVID pandemic we had to look at new ways to offer some of our services. A telephone call instead of a face to face meeting or a Zoom meeting for groups or individuals. As we move out of lockdown we are thinking about how we can best use what we have learned about delivering our services in new ways and what the best options are for you.
