Team Leader – Home Turf Lettings/DHI

The Role

Home Turf Lettings is our affordable housing department providing housing to families, couples and single people who have experienced homelessness. We are seeking a team leader for our home turf lettings service. As the team leader you will be responsible for the day-to-day operation of our affordable housing service to over 100 homes across B&NES, Bristol, and Gloucestershire, managing strategic partnerships with Local Authorities and our landlords and other stakeholders. You will need to have excellent communication skills, be able to lead and manage a small team, have a good understanding of the renter’s reform act and most of all be passionate about providing excellent services to our residents.

A driving licence with access to a vehicle and the willingness to use it for work travel is essential.
