DHI are recruiting an Outreach Worker to help build links between other services within the South Gloucestershire area and to support clients who have difficulties engaging in services to access our drug and alcohol recovery programmes. We are looking for people who can bring creativity and enthusiasm to connecting clients to the support that they require to make positive changes in their lives.
You will be joining an experienced Drug and Alcohol Recovery Team that works hard to support each other, and to deliver an exceptional service to our clients.
As an Outreach Worker you will have the opportunity to work flexibly between home, the South Glos area and DHI offices to build relationships with other services providing support to clients and supporting clients in accessing recovery programmes. The role is varied and requires you to work both as part of a team as well as individually.
A Driving Licence with access to a vehicle and willingness to use it for work travel is essential.
